Gran Hotel Ciudad De Mexico Zocalo View

We loved our 4 night stay. The rooftop restaurant served lots of excellent food. Its good service. Got wake up service for free, didn't expect that.

The hotel is gorgeous and clean, I loved its very good staff and location. The gourmet restaurant is great place to hang out, on the first floor.

The staff were accommodating and efficient. We dined at the rooftop restaurant with the great service.

The location was poor.

Brand-new hotel room, it was well-appointed with comfy beds and elegant bathroom. Magnificent and amazing location, easy walk to a cathedral church.

Views of square historic hotel were magnificent, the room was luxurious and upgraded. The buffet breakfast was rich and served in the café.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Mexico City.

It's luxury place to stay 1 mile away from a public urban park. Brand-new and well-appointed room provided with firm beds as well as view of the square.

Beautiful restaurant, absolutely helpful staff, absolutely lovely position. I got opulent, decent room with really big bed. The hotel had sweets in the lobby.

The hotel is appealing, has PARTICULARLY NICE views and unbeatable location near the subway, the Zocalo.

I loved my time in this property. I had immaculately clean deluxe queen room with beautiful bedrooms, firm beds. There also was complimentary parking and excellent pool.

The beds were big, and the location was ideal! Lots of options for breakfast, superb hot waffles and cookies. Absolutely incredible staff were ready to help and suggested different places to visit. I loved that lobby had free wifi.

Tidy place and everyone were eager to help. The Michelin-starred restaurant was FANTASTIC, they served perfect food. I got free upgrade and loved it. Glamorous hotel in Mexico City, optimal location walking distance from Zocalo Plaza.

Fairly clean and fancy hotel, views are gorgeous, location is brilliant and in the historic center. Fantastic service everywhere too.

I liked that place, the balcony was little. The staff was extremely accommodating and the service was exceptional at the hotel. Strategic location, walking distance to zocalo square. Lots of various drinks, such as liquors, cocktails, wines and beers in the bar🙂

I loved staying in a Mexican building. Rooms were unique and welcoming. Premier location walking distance from an archaeological museum. Tidy place and amazing service. I had warm days staying at this nice business hotel...

The whole place was quite clean, I loved it, and had first class food and location. They offered wake up calls and ironing for free too.

Staff were informative and we loved our time there. For guest safety rooms include smoke detectors. It was perfect with such huge bathroom.

Our stay there was brilliant. Breakfast was enormous ; rooms were accommodating and accommodating. There was comfortable bed & a luxurious bathroom.

the staff was friendly providing the information. el balcon del zocalo is a short walk to the hotel. great to be very close to house of tiles.
